Key Responsibilities
- Argue motions and participate in court hearings
- Conduct depositions and manage case preparation
- Engage in negotiation settlements
- Provide clear, persuasive written and oral arguments
- Maintain a client-focused approach to all cases
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
- Active membership in the IL State Bar
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Motivated to grow and advance within the firm
