About the Role

The RIMOWA Sales Supervisor supports the boutique team in delivering exceptional customer service while driving store productivity and performance. This role partners closely with store management to lead sales initiatives, clienteling efforts, and operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions

Sales Generation

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strong product knowledge
• Maintain and grow a client book through regular follow-ups
• Meet monthly clienteling sales goals
• Assist Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives
• Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team

Customer Service

• Deliver superior customer service at all times
• Lead and support sales associates in partnership with management
• Process customer repair requests when required

Operations

• Follow all store operational procedures including opening and closing
• Maintain inventory presentation and visual standards
• Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Handle shipping and receiving procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency in company computer systems

Candidate Profile

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented and task-focused
• Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude
• Team player with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
